Probably still sixteen. I'd be seventeen before this year ends, based on time back home. Doesn't really seem worth keeping two calendars. It won't make me eighteen any sooner, which is one of the ages that seems to matter here.
I believe they blame the bringing on the tampered Porter.
I don't see why not, if you can sell the spin to the people who fill out the paperwork. They'll want you to take a class and a couple of lessons, if it's anything like what they want out of you for a motorcycle license under eighteen.
I refuse to say that I am or am not considering this a viable course of action on the communicator. Though I do have all my copies of the paperwork still on hand where I am in Nonah. If you were interested in looking at them.
[ watch her get a NC license just drive in other states WHEEE ]
[ Annie's proud okay - she's chronically cryptic just because she's not used to talking outright about things like this and the fact she trusts technology to be private exactly 0% of the time. ]
[ Annie picks up her textbook from the kitchen table and deposits it on the counter, slip of paper in place as a bookmark. She doesn't yell out, simply crossing the distance from kitchen, through living room, to the door, opening it without fanfare. ]

I'll leave the door unlocked.

Annie said she'd leave the door unlocked, but she knocks anyway. Sneaking up on people is never a good idea (Robin).]

Hello, Artemis.
[ She steps aside, inviting Artemis in. ]
